The Chumstick Highway (also called Highway 209) is the most popular route connecting Leavenworth to the Plain Valley. A drive along this winding roadway provides access to a handful of beautiful, sleepy canyons including Freund, Eagle Creek, Spromberg, Clark, Sunitch and Merry Canyons. Larger tracks of land can be found in these areas of Leavenworth making the Chumstick area popular with full and part time investors.
